Hi, I am new to this community and i'm mainly here to help my friend get a ban appeal. When I am at the ban appeal page that requires a Minecraft username, none of the players can be found including all my friends username. It would be lovely if someone were to help me with this issue and he has never been banned before. Lastly, I can't wait to be a part of this lovely community :)

i believe it is because the appeals must be done alone without help
the 2nd chance is to make you learn from what have got you banned

We currently have some issues with our ban appeal system, tell him to wait one day or two and it will be fixed.
May I ask what's their username ?

 

Hello I am Superaqua27's friend, and my Minecraft username was MemeGamez then I had problems with the ban appeal so I changed my username to UnBanMePls. It still says that the username does not exist. I would like to make an appeal and apologize for breaking the rules, and I'm hoping for the ban appeal problem to be fixed soon and for you guys to give me a second chance.
