Mage/Dark Wizard Help Water Melee Lament Build

Can someone please link me one that already exists or make a viable build with the title requirements?

 

I tried one, its pretty good dps if you know what you're doing, but DAMN it's glass.

 

Why Melee

 

Okay- Just let me get this straight.
You want to make a melee build with the class that has the lowest base damage, Using the element that has the lowest base damage.
If you didn't know, The mana steal on Lament is meant for the meteore afer-effect, Not for melee.
A melee Lament would be easily beaten by any other melee build from any other class, It has literally no meta aspects...

id say this is more of a hybrid mana steal build since it has more than decent meteors

 

i like the build but i think it needs fusion rings/necklace/bracelet or somthing cause just to me it feels a bit glassy (remember im a warrior rainbow abuser dont kill me plz)
