Helping new people isn't and will never be a waste of time, when you're helping people you're showing how helpful the community is, encouraging the player to post new threads, showing their adventure, this will make that player invite friends to play Wynncraft, making the community and the server bigger, buying ranks, keeping the server alive, it may be a small thing, but we never know what's coming next.

 

I never said helping people was bad but tagging mods is a waste of a mod's time if the question was already answered before.

 

When I was writing your reply wasn't there and I wasn't tagging a mod, I was tagging someone 100% capable of helping without google translator, and answering a question takes around a minute from your 24 hours day

 

it's called messaging a random mod asking for help in game, it works 99%

And... I don't understand what you're trying to say, it was a tag, there's no reason to start fighting because I tagged two mods....

Just to end the conversation since it's going nowhere ,,,

I can't speak for the mods since I no longer am one, but from my past experience as a moderator I can tell you that Pepo is perfectly in the right. It's totally fine to tag the mods for any issue they might be of help in, no matter how mundane. You're right, mods are busy with stuff, but there's no notion whatsoever that you shouldn't tag a mod as a result. They're members of the community that are up to help you should you need it.

Again, I can't speak for the mods, but I don't think they mean to ever construct an environment where people are discouraged from tagging them for any reason when they are sincere in needing help. They don't bite, lol

I feel like your taking this situation to seriously I only said you didn't need to tag mod(s) for this situation.

my only argument is that Pepo didn't need to tag mods for this situation.
