This Is Irrelevant, Going On A Rant #1

To be honest, there's really no point to this post - It's old news for a long time now, the only reason I'm posting this is because authentication servers are down at the moment and I'm too lazy to create a local bukkit world and train in building.

So - World Machine costs 99$ for a 1 year license? Not even permanent? That's.... Something...
Greedy World Machine creator I'm guessing? I haven't really done research - but the creator is almost certainly aware that a large precentage of users are people trying to create Minecraft maps - The only reason to buy a license, in that case, would be to get rid of pixel limitation - It annoys me the creator abuses the good will of people to their advantage - But it doesn't really matter, he loses out on a ton of customers - Whatever you create, finding cracks is easy - While not legal there's no real way to stop them; By making the program license cost about half as much for a standard license and making it permanent the creator would get so many customers.

What do you think about the topic? Got any alternatives to the program? What's more unethical - taking 99$ a year for a program that has higher quality alternatives for cheaper, and mostly used for mincraft maps - or downloading a cracked version of said program?
