Purchase Issue

Hi there, i do need some help regarding an issue with a recent payment to wynncraft.
I was initially buying a 4 XP bomb for my account and was about to complete the paypal payment and clicked on pay now . I was then shown a screen stating the conversion rate amount from USD to SGD . I was about to click on ok but then saw that instead of like $5 it showed me the amount was $35 usd . I may have clicked on ok by accident and saw the payment went through and it charged me with $49 in Singapore dollars. I was shocked at first and later though maybe i bought like a more expensive item but when i went back into my account i waited for more than 10 minutes for the 'item' to arrive but it never did. I 100 Percent sure that i typed the correct username which is : SoFishTicated into the username before buying . On the paypal payment discription it said these exact words:
(Wynncraft
Minecraft Username: SoFishTicated) -All these for 35usd
I do have the email from paypal as proof of the 'item' that i bought and never received if needed .
By the way i am not asking for a refund yet as the main thing i want to find out is what did i pay 35usd dollars for .
I already sent an email but so far no reply, i am just afraid that i cannot get this issue resolved in time before i can open a dispute with paypal and get my money back .
If anyone has any suggestion please let me know and i thank you in advanced.
And also if clarification is needed do let me know too.

By the way may i ask how long do they usually take to reply the email ?

That depends, I guess pretzule is the only onec hosting the support email currently. Doesn't take too long, though.

 

oh i did not receive this transaction id email saying what i bought but i will just follow your advice and email them and i do hope they do reply me back because i am really puzzled regarding this issue .
