Fiery Arrows​

THE BUILD

Bow:

Plague

Has to be Plague, no other bow will be as good. Easy to get also. From CSST
NEEDS T6 FIRE TO BE OPTIMAL

Helmet:

Morph Stardust

Def is good, kinda not really solves problem of water dmg, mana regen solves burnout

Chestplate:

Chestplate of Ineptitude

+2 attack is a must, high melee pref good dmg

Leggings:

Hephaestus-Forged Greeves

Tankiness and dmg,

Alternative: Greeves of Veneer

Adds even more tankiness, +health, fire dmg

Boots:

Burnout

2+ Attk spd, pref -1/4s mana regen

Rings:

1 Prism
this a must otherwise u cant wear it. pref max defense.

1 other ring of ur choice,
Prism, Concentration, Burn
Another Prism for more tank, concentration to negate -mana if ur burnout has -3/4s, burn=more dmg

Bracelet:

Diamond Solar Bracelet
great dmg buff and deff, all around great
Alternative: Hive Bracelet (But seriously don't do it)
more skill points for no reason JUST DO LI.
Necklace:
Diamond Solar Necklace
dmg buff, more health, u now are jesus
Cheap alternative: Shatterglass
not as much damage and not as much quality, but still does the job.

Spoiler: How to wear it and the skill point assignment

To wear this build you need to assign these skill points:

Strength: 20

Dexterity: 20

Intelligence: 20

Defense: 86

Agility: 26

Extra Skill Points: 28

And wear items in this order:

1. Chestplate

2. Ring 1

3. Helmet

4. Ring 2

5. Bracelet

6. Necklace

7. Leggings

8. Boots

9. Weapon

Summary

Pros:
Great Damage.
Your overall elemental defense is insane.
Can solo about anything if you just back up and dodge because you are skilled.

Cons: DO NOT LET WATER TOUCH THIS BUILD, YOU WILL EVAPORATE

The build overall is pretty good, at first glance you might think, "Wtf this is so glass cannon", but archer is ranged, as the definition of ranged is to stay a distance from your target, it solves the problem.
You have decent health regen and good life steal.

Bleh it's a really good build I'm sure but it's just another rainbow slap and also melee archer isn't that popular/liked ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

This isn't a rainbow slap. This isn't even rainbow. It's clearly fire based... If it was one, then you wouldn't have negative water defense.

Seems like a great build although (and this is a personal preference) it's melee archer.

 

why would you use ineptitude though

and dont forget to use 2x t6 fire on armor + fill the other powders slots with t6 water

 

I think that giving an archer solo build as much as 1 entirely tank item is already too much, because archer has like already mentioned the -40% defense so that it is bad to go for much defense rather than just going for enough tankiness to survive a hit from the most bosses and then straightup damage. Though you should be quite spammy to be able to dodge the attacks of fast attack speed bosses. With under 12-14 mana regen the build isnt going to be relyable, because bosses like the mechorrupter are gonna catch you when you do as much as one little mistake, abd they are gonna roast you faster than you can shout: Help!, even with tanky items because archer def is never working. In order to make a build work you should orientate your build in the direction of @motoki1 's solo build. This actually works and got me a cuple of legendary tokens, shoutout to him for that <3, and by that beeing said:
Zombie out!

How? I thought all damage boosts (IDs and powder specials) were additive?

 

%melee boosts both fire dmg and neutral dmg.
it should also do more damage when courage or endurance trigger

 

Alright, I get the first part but aren't courage and endurance + fire damage %? Just like the identification?
