Almuj Sand Spikes With Buttons On Them

    Right, so I found this a while back, but when I click the buttons on those spikes you see in Almuj (picture attached), I hear a piston, but I never seem to notice any changes..

    What is it?! O.o

    P.S. Sorry for asking 2 questions in the span of 20 minutes.

    Down in the pit there's a piston door or something that opens when you push all the buttons, it leads to a relic.
