every time i try to join it times out HELP ME

Do you happen to know what your ping to the server is? If your ping is extremely high (around 500+ ms) then it is likely to time out due to a bad connection.

You could try unplugging your router and then plugging it back in to try and clear up possible connection issues. You could also try installing Optifine, though this leans on graphics more than internet connection.

If those suggestions don't work, then you might want to try getting faster internet. You shouldn't have "long-distance" issues since your listed location is the USA and the server is based in Canada. You also might have better luck playing on the weekdays or later at night since the server traffic will be slower by then.

This happened to me when trying to play on a shitty laptop. Make sure you set resource packs to "Prompt" in server settings. Also download Optifine and set all settings to minimum or "fast" while in a regular single player world. If you are talking about the server itself and not the Wynn world then you should look into getting a better internet connection / using ETHERNET. Another good thing to always make sure is checking what active programs you have open. Go into task manager then advanced and make sure nothing suspicious comes up (you can start closing random programs if its super important it will reopen as long as you arent messing with the windows stuff but that has its own private section. You could also try going into startup settings in task manager and disable weird stuff, don't disable anything related to your graphics or sound though that could be very bad.

Oh, and wynn is pretty hard on the pc compared to other servers you wouldnt wanna play on a super outdated pc........
