Archer/Hunter Soul Signal Or Aquarius For Mana Spell Damage Build?

My current chest plate is millennium with 225 spell damage, and i want to get an upgrade chestplate for the future, should i upgrade to soul signal for good spell damage, or Aquarius for good mana regen and some spell damage. (Also what is the max amount of mana regen, because my build already has 10 mana regen and 6 mana steal plus i will be getting a suppression or two, and if i were to wear Aquarius i wouldn't want to go above the max mana limit), i would like to here some more experienced peoples opinions for this build, Thanks!

My gear at the moment:

Helmet: Third eye, 4/4 man regen 108 spell damage

Leggings: Crystal, 3/4 mana regen 59% reflection/Dark channeler 2/4 mana regen 2/4 mana steal

Boots: Sodeta boots, 3/4 mana regen/ Memento, 4/4 mana regen 185 spell damage

Bow: Torrential tide, 320 spell damage 4/4 mana steal

 

aqua gets 7/4 mr, dont get suppresions, just get 1 and a dia hydro
