Health Regen % Doesn't Effect Health Regen Raw?

I've been using the amulet of rejuvenation recently and i can't exactly tell why I'm not getting as much health regenerated as I should...
Does Wynncraft not combine health regen % with health regen raw, If it does it should give me back something around 1.6k ( 80 + 2000% = 1680 ) health every time health regen ticks

If this is the case I don't see why health regen % is an identification if its sole purpose is to be "useless."

Grind until you have low health -> Hide somewhere and wear it -> Repeat

 

Afaik the % only effects the rate at which you regen

 

It doesn't, it actually affects the amount of health you regen but I'm not quite sure how it works.

 

So Health Regen % is just based off of your base health regen which is 1 health, so in other words the amulet regenerates 100 health, 80 of which i raw and 20 of which comes out of the 2000% health regen

 

Still don't think it works like that, because you regen faster when you are on low health.

 

Base health regen is higher at lower HP, which contributes to the increased effectiveness of % regen at lower HP.
