How Does Wynncraft Calculate Your Total Playtime?

I started playing the game 3 years ago, almost 4! and throughout those 3-4 years (mostly the summer) i have spent hours on end and no lifing the game for days straight. I remember my mom telling me to get off of the computer and go to bed and at that point i noticed i was on for maybe 10-12 hours that day. I then continued to do that for my whole summer (mostly 2016) i spent at least 7 hours a day and at most maybe 12 or 13 hours (sorry i just cant help playing this amazing server!). After playing that long/being on the server goofing and gaffing i knew i had over 100 hours maybe even 200 or 300 while in the game. Then when after checking the stats page multiple times it said i had only played the game for 60-7X hours. I want to know how Wynncraft calculates its players time spent on the server. Thanks in advance!

multiply your hours on the stats page by 5 and that's a better number

 

Don't take this as what your playtime actually is, there's not really any rhyme or reason to the numbers displayed on the site. So, sure, a better number, but not an accurate one.
