Is This A Glitch?

So, I'm in the Lost Sanctuary dungeon, and I'm at the part where it tells you to run across a bridge as fast as you can. But when I try to run across, there's an invisible wall. I can't get past it, I don't know if I have to do something specific to get rid of it, so I'm just stuck. Help, please?

 

/class or find another server and try there

 

I don't know what wall you're talking about, maybe you can try talking to the ct who made the dungeon.
