Minecraft Keeps Crashing

I don't mean to sound like a noob, but this has never happened to me before. I started up my minecraft launcher like I did a few days ago just fine and all of a sudden it crashed. No explanation, just that there was an unexpected error. Tried again. Same error. Again. Same error. Tried reinstalling, deleting, and reinstalling minecraft. Same error. Tried without optifine. Same error. Does anybody have any possible solutions? I just bought VIP+ too and I was hoping to play again soon. I also tried different versions and they didn't work either.

 

Do you have any crash reports?

With that, you can possibly search to see if anyone else has had a similar issue or you can post them for further help here.

 

No crash report. Just that an unexpected error has occurred. Since I wiped mine craft and reinstalled it multiple times, I believe something may be not downloading. Then again, that doesn't explain why it happened the first time.

 

There is always a crash report but it's not in your launcher. Usually they are in your appdata, in your .minecraft folder. If you could find the file and send me the crash log then I could try and help you out.

 

Thanks, it just worked a few hours ago so idk what was up. I'll see if it happens again.

 

Yeah, I'm not sure exactly what's going on but if it happens again I suggest downloading MultiMC and placing it in the C: disk. Usually unexpected errors happen due to the game not being to find the path to certain files. MultiMC basically creates it's own without you having to worry about installs or anything. It also has quite a lot of functionality so if you ever need multiple instances it's quite a nice way to organize everything.
