Archer/Hunter Help Constructive Criticism On Rainbow Build Please

I was recommended this rainbow archer/hunter build a while ago and am wondering if it is still any good and how I can improve it. I am level 100 and do not have a lot of money to my name and would appreciate alternative items that can substitute until I get a better item. I am going for a build that is not a glass cannon but not a tank and can use many arrow bombs for a fair bit of damage. If you can help I would really appreciate it. Cheers!
