market meta - the aquarius that you showed me was posted 6 months ago, around when Aquarius was almost at its peak in the meta (the meta being feb-march). This would have made the aquarius more expensive.
item inflation - more players, more lootruns, more mobs, more other stuff = more aquarius, therefore decreasing price now as oppose to 6 months ago.
max aquarius vs not max aquarius - pretty obvious point here, the aquarius that is being auctioned is not max. as Monkey36 said:

regardless, 2.5 stacks for a buyout is WAY to much for an aquarius of this level, even if it was max. taking into account the market inflation/deflation, meta changes and updates (corkus, adding more items and more replacements) makes this aquarius around 32le in my opinion. im sure many people agree on this.
