How Popular/good Is Build/playstyle That Relies On Powders And Neutral Damage (ignoring Elements)?

By powders, I mean using a lot of powder like 8 powder for one weapon.
While the neutral damage, is using weapon that relies on neutrality and avoiding elements.
This information might help me find the method on how I should I sell my blade of purity and empire builder.

 

Put them in the price check thread, however most builds focus more around one or more element(s), some do have good neutral damage but you really won't find a good one that uses both.

 

By both you mean neutral damage and element damage? I mean yeah, who want to even do that?
Last year there's no reply to my question at price check (Before gameplay update), probably because there's no price to them since no one trade them. So, I guess there's no hope for blade of purity (I will just sell them for 32 EB or at an item buyer or to a low level for 5 EB), but there might be some hope for empire builder.

 

Check if the stats are good, if they are keep them and if not item buyer them
