Assassin/Ninja Looking To Refine My Ws Assassin

haven't played in a year or so, heard about corkus update this week and i've been grinding again, exploring stuff.

not sure whether or not my build is outdated or anything, but i'd like to upgrade it if possible. i have no idea what i'm doing so i'd like help. looking for incredibly high walkspeed & focusing thunder & air, along w/water.

current build is:
helm - skywatcher
chest - booster plate
pants - crystal
boots - steamjet walkers

weapon is chakram, accessories are:
ehwaz
raging wind
royal cyclone amulet
relend's refrain

is there anything i could get to make this build better? im level 90 as well.

 

speedy spellspam is better than full ws for now.
get to 100 if u want the real ws build.

i play minecraft once every six months or so lol, i've completely lost interest in it except for wynn

not really looking for something "better", mainly just to get more ws. i couldnt care less about pvp or stats, just wanna be fast. it's the only gimmick in wynn i find interest in. thanks though

 

seven league is 36 and pretty sure dark shroud is 33
