Mage/Dark Wizard Help Is This A Good Build?

So I was playing around with items trying to make a good meteor build and I came up with this. I'm okay with criticism, it's just a build I found while looking through the items I have and thought would go well with each other. If there are better gear give me suggestions.

With this setup I'd have 30 str, 65 dex, 129 intel, 30 def, and 76 agi with 12/4 mana regen and 12890 health
I would deal an average of ~8146 on a regular hit. 6546(lowest)-9746(highest)
I would deal an average of ~10896 on a critical hit. 8696(lowest)-13096(highest)
