Warrior/Knight Help Idol Warrior

So I've heard there are some nice Build Makers here...
Can anyone "update" my Idol Build?
My Goals are to be "moderately" tanky as a Warrior should not blow up like a balloon, deal nice damage ( I have no Idea what could be considered good as a Water Warrior) and a nice Mana Sustain as well as health if it is possible.
