Is Removing Quest Item Not Allowed/considered As An Abuse?

I've known a way of removing quest item (might not work today) when I asked help here of how to get rid of a bugged useless quest item and it seems like a glitch. My plan to utilize this glitch/technique is by removing all of my quest item untill I need to get them back using a command
I think that's reasonable to remove quest item these days since new quests are always introduced, also more charracter slots and other space consuming stuff which I think can be quite overwhelming considering the bank space.

 

yes you're allowed to remove quest items

 

It's allowed but not recommended. /fixquests is not even close to perfect and there's a decent chance you'll break future quests entirely.

 

It's better to keep 1 set of the whole quest item huh?
Also, my /fixquest is already broken with stained glass

 

Just throw out the spares

 

Though, according to the past wiki, someone probably use /fixquest to eat corrupted potato infinitely.
