Help!! Lost Royalty Quest Bug

    I am a lv 77 archer who has started the Lost Royalty Wuest long ago. My progress is up to retrieving the talisman back to the mercenary leader, however, I don't have the quest item. I went to the Jungle Temple to kill the skeleton but it said 'You do not have the permission to enter this area' and when I get back to the mercenary leader to talk, it didn't give a response and now I am stuck in this purgatory of not finishing the quest. What to do?
