    Better foliage is a mod, so that shouldn't be a problem. Just take note that the wynncraft RP should override any other resourcepack you use, so you're better off not putting any or that may create some lag

    You can still use mods like shaders, better foliage and shit like that

    You could probably use other resource packs if you disable wynn's resource pack in the server settings and then just using your own, not that I'd recommended it but it's possible...

    You can but it's dumb. Instead of seeing a wand you'd see a wool block or something like that.
