Buying Sodeta Boots

Buying the Sodeta boots from any1 (You get them from completing the ''Lost Soles'' quest)
Just tell me XP bonus, Spell Damage, and Mana regen on it.
If you have a Sodeta boots that you would like to keep but still sell to me for cash, I can trade you my current Sodeta boots along with emeralds in trade for your Sodeta boots. Just comment the 3 stats and if you would like to do the trade along with my boots or not (will reduce the emeralds if you add my current boots) and your IGN (In game name)
Example:
Xp Bonus: 16%
Spell Damage: 24%
Mana Regen: 2/4
No I would not like your boots I would just like emeralds
