Calculating Skill Point Bonuses...?

Hi, I have a simple but possibly complicated to answer question.

Lets say I have 94 intel points on my character. What is the percentage of extra water dmg I will deal and also the percentage of mana I will conserve? Is there a formula of calculating this number?

Another example, I have 41 points on defence. How much damage will I 'deflect'?

The reason I need this is because I am making a Melee Mage build, and using @motoki1 's damage calculator I want to work out the amount of extra dmg I will deal with strength.

wait what i thought the max was 80%

 

Yeah it caps at 150sp which is 80.8%.

 

regression gives 81.854 at 150sp though
