Green Gloop Bug

    My friend Savagesheep21 is unable to enter the cave in the Green Gloop quest. He is level 32 and the quest is level 31. He started the quest which required him to enter the cave and gather Slimey Goo. However, the quest will not allow him to enter the cave even though he started the quest. Is there a way to fix this bug?
