Rayshyroth Won't Give Me The Dust

    I was doing the quest Temple of Legends, i talked to Rayshyroth and he took the unpurified dust and told me to get 12 sky vapor. I gave the vapors. When he talked for about 3 lines the server restarted. Now im in a different server and gave the vapor to him and he said ''Remember, check your quest book for guidance.'' The quest book said give 12 sky vapor to him. I threw them and get new ones. When i gave it to him, he said the exact thing. The quest book didnt update. What should i do? Help! I need to finish the quest.

    I'm not sure if the dust is a quest item or just an untradeable
