Need Help With Upgrading My Clairvoyance

I recently got a clairvoyance and I have decided to put some water powders on it. Should I put two tier 4s, two tier 5s, or two tier 6s? Is it worth it going for the tier 6s? I can easily get another tier 5 and I have three tier 4s already.

Just wondering, why tier 4?

 

Because you won't be using Clarivoyance for that long and it would be a waste to put valuable powders on an item that you won't be using too much.

 

Normally, I advise people to refrain from putting powders on gear until they are building their final end-game build.
The powders can be stored, upgraded and used later, as opposed to spending them on mid-game gear where it is impossible to get them back for later use.
