Mage/Dark Wizard Help Is This A Good Build [mage]

So yeah, as the title says, is this a good build?

Aquarius
Dark Channeler
Memento

Detective's Ring
Reminder
Squid Anklet
Royal Stormy Amulet

Requiem w/ 2 T4 Water

 

Could use some work:

It mixes and matches Raw Spell and % spell way too much for its own good.

• Aquarius costs way too much to be used in this build, causing a waste of a few slots and massive losses to Thunder Defense for only Mana and %spell in a scenario where Mana would already have been plentiful.
• A lot of spell % based items you put in also further decreased Raw Damage, hurt amounts of Mana, and/or hurt Element Defenses.
• Requiem seems useless for this build where you want Mana/Raw Damage out of your weapon instead of %Damages.

I imagine that the major problem here is a lack of knowing this information:

%Damage does not affect Raw Damage.

 

Ok... so would you have any suggestions on what to swap out and what to swap it to?

Memento ---> Gaea-Hewn Boots
Your rings ---> Summa x2
Squid Anklet ---> Nebulous
Royal Stormy ---> Willpower
Requiem ---> Bonder
