You're not allowed to sell items for a higher price based on old skins. Just remove diamond from the title and you should be fine.

I don't believe this is overpriced(imo), and I don't see why it's wrong to put diamond in the title if it isn't overpriced. When people sold old concentrations they wrote "old concentration" in the title.

 

12 le seems like a fair price to me. As long as he doesnt write "20le because its diamond" it should be okay with putting diamond in the title. Or am i wrong with something?

I'd agree with you, but it all comes down to perception and how someone reads it. Another person may read it an think "Oh, it has diamond in the title hence it must be worth more" in which case would not be allowed.i only said it to be on the safe side of things.
