Mage/Dark Wizard Is Ethereal Or Lunar Spine Better?

I'm making a water mage and don't know if ethereal or lunar spine is better.

 

Lunar Spine does much more base damage than Ethereal, but is 1 atk speed lower.
They both do +raw spell dmg, although Ethereal has more. Ethereal has more mana regen, +int, +agi and water defense. It also has -thunder def, and -%melee. They both have enough powder slots for you to use curse.

I'd say Lunar Spine is better because of the base dmg (and the raw spell dmg difference is 16 at max). It also has no negative identifications.

Edit: But lunar spine requires agi. minimum 40.

 

Requiem might be better.
Hive wand or lament are the best options for water mage tho.

Technically speaking Raw Spell Mage falls under Water Mage and Bonder is a far better option for it.

 

I tried bonder with all t6 powders and it sux

Its advantages in Mana and Regen make it prime for those builds.
