I recently obtained a legendary wand called the Empire Builder with a total of 8 different slots for powders. The problem is I really like the powders special abilities when you 'Shift + Left Click'. If I am to apply 2 tier 4 water powders and 2 tier 4 air powders, will I get one special ability, both, or none. I really want to know before I waste powders on it!

You can only get one special ability at a time I believe

However it won't be a waste,
as those powders add additional damage

You'll get the ability of the first two same-element powders you put on it. In other words, you can only get one ability, but you get to choose.
