Assassin/Ninja Help Slider Air / Water Build

    I want a build with high spell dmg ( 5-7k)
    and some def. i prefer agility. so t6 air.

    ( PLZ NO WEATHERED AND I ONLY HAVE QIRA LEGGINGS)
    If possible write skill points

    this is what i use, and it works pretty well for me (i use morrowind instead of slider though)

    Stardust
    Soul Signal
    Dark Channeler
    Capricorn

    Raging wind
    Magical loop
    squid anklet
    errant

    then slider with water and air powders
