    Introduction

Hi guys! Today I finished my Warp build, and I tested it out. While I lagged like hell and died in LI, it did work great until I started lagging took 3 million years for 1 meteor to hit. So I decided to share it with you. The build is based around you holding Warp PERMANENTLY, only switching if you need to fill your mana bar again. The build is also very simple, and not super expensive. But most importantly, in my opinion, it doesn't rely on broken features.

    The build

So, the build. I went with a full mana regen based build. After using Warp a bit I realised its biggest problem is the negative mana regen, not the health regen. If you manage to keep some mana to heal, you can heal it all away without problem. So I made a build able to counter all the mana, while still maintaining good damage and pretty much 0 chance to get hit.

This is what I went with, including min. ids.

    4/4 mana regen
    Decent amount of intel

Explanation: Providing better mana + the same intelligence boost, I chose Third Eye over Morph-Stardust. This is because Morph-Stardust requires 20 skillpoints in every element, while Third Eye only needs intelligence.

    7/4 mana regen
    Decent amount of spell damage

Explanation: This is an obvious choice. Aquarius is essential for this build, having insane mana regen, and also some extra spell damage. Boreal-Patterned Aegis may have defense, but when you move almost 4x as fast as other people and have 80% chance to dodge any attack, you don't need defense, do you?

    3/4 mana regen
    9+ agility
(any agility you get higher than this can be substracted from Capricorn's agility, and vice versa)
    Decent amount of walk speed
Enough reflection to fill in the missing reflection on Warp, to get 100% reflection ;)

Explanation: While it has low health, Crystal has very good mana regen, skillpoints, walk speed AND reflection, making it the perfect choice for this build. I could not think of anything else to use in its place, Vaward possibly?

    2/4 mana regen
    9+ agility
(any agility you get higher than this can be substracted from Crystal's agility, and vice versa)
    Decent amount of spell damage

Explanation: Capricorn is extremely powerful. High spell damage, decent health, mana regen AND a considerable amount of walk speed, and don't forget the essential amount of agility skillpoints. I chose this over Memento because of the agility and walk speed, which is simply needed. A lot.

    2x
    2/4 mana regen

Explanation: These rings give mana regen and some intelligence boosts. You could also use Summa from a corkus boss altar, if you get 2/4 mana regen.

    2/4 mana regen

Explanation: Pretty obvious, 2/4 mana regen, very much needed. You could also switch this with prowess for skillpoints so your crystal and capri can be more flexible, and get more health with it, but you'll lose some mana regen.

    +12 agility
    +16% walk speed
    +8% air damage

Explanation: What the hell is this necklace. +12 effing agility + insane walk speed and air damage? Heck yes!

    Good amount of walk speed
    20+ agility

Decent amount of negative mana regen

Explanation: Centerpiece of this build, Warp is the most amazing mythic wand, ever. In my opinion. Extreme amount of walk speed + instant max dodge chance + almost 100% reflection chance? Yes please. Oh wait I forgot that it is one of the highest dps wands in the game (only rivaled by Fatal, apparently).

    Good amount of health bonus

Explanation: This may seem a little strange. Why not Bonder? Well, you already have extremely good mana regen, Bonder really isn't needed. Instead I went with a normal attack speed wand, which means good spell casting, with health bonus. Why? This is for better heals. The higher your total health, the better your heals become. While it only has 1k health bonus, there really isn't any better wand that fits with the skillpoints.

Using all these items, you will have ~8.5k health, 9.5k holding Sigil of Existence, and more than 200% walk speed with any decent Warp! With base mana regen on Warp (-15/4s) and the minimum required on your other items, you will have +7/4s mana regen. This can reach up to +12/4s mana regen, depending on your Warp.

    Skillpoints

Now this is simple. Simply fill in the amount of agility you need, then the intelligence, and any leftovers go into strength, for better damage.

    Damages

According to @motoki1 's guide to the galaxy for calculating damages, here are the damage values. For this we will be assuming you have at least +20 agility and thus max amount of agility, and for the rest base id values (see @motoki1 's second guide to the galaxy for id calulations). This means you will have 33% air damage, 150 agility, 230 raw spell damage and 35% spell damage, and for melee -15% melee damage. We will also be assuming you're using 2x T6 air powders.

Melee dps (damage per second): ~2k
Meteor (only counting first hit): 9.1k to 12.3k

    Conclusion

So, that was it! I've had a lot of fun with this build, it is extremely fast (whopping 223% walk speed with base ids!) and deals a lot of damage. The only flaw is that it has low base damage, meaning it doesn't take a lot of air defense to defend against it. However, this also means that a small amount of air weakness has a big impact. If your enemy has a lot of air defense, maybe try courage warp? ;)

Thanks so much for reading, Stag out.

typical follower of the warp cult

I'll only say this, Fatal's DPS is averaged with default crit chance (crit chance given in order to use said weapon due to Dex requirement). If given the same crit chance to Warp it will surely do more damage than Fatal. But on a level plane field where only factors are the weapon themselves Fatal indeed does slightly higher damage, ofc it's unstable but the average is there

And I'm saying this non-biased coz I love Warp much more than Fatal .w.

Yeah, but its not just those 2. There's also powder specials on armor, and defenses. While gaia and lament do less dmg than fatal and warp, it takes a lot more defense to fully defend against a gaia hit than a fatal/warp hit. And while thunder may seem the best damage because you don't count powders, if you would do so earth would deal a hell of a lot more. But thats all so much work and theres a lot more probably that its simply impossibru to make a fully accurate list. There's just too many factors.

I'm not hating. I'm just saying that the title "accurate" is not something the thread deserves, because its not true. That's all.

Last time I checked there's a bug where strength only affects neutral and earth damage, not other elemental damage. So it would be better to put your extra skill points into dex. I heard this from Putrid, so correct me if I'm wrong.

walkspeed is absolutely unnecessary for warp builds. approaching minimum Mana Regen and health is better, then judge on other stats.
the only thing you can do with high walkspeed on warp is acting cute on wc1 detlas.
