    As the title read I am a lvl 64 warrior looking to get myself a good damage and loot bonus build, jewelry and all. Please let me know of any builds you may know that would work for me and where I can get the items.

    You shouldn't make builds at low level, builds are kinda just for lvl 90+. Just ID all of the items you find and see which are best for you.

    I would say

    Blue mask or something
    Millennium
    Crystal
    Sodeta/Bad Wolf

    Use an earth/fire spear for killing CoW

    By the time you find most of this gear, you'll be too high level. Make a build when you're at least lvl 90.
