Would a 20/30 Chestnut be the same as a 20/20 black? Also, would a 10/10 brown be equal to a 10/20 black?

As a side note, I believe speeds are added linearly, where 1 speed = x and every time you level up, x is added to your total speed.

We still won't have a steady reading.
Theoretically he can repeat the test a thousand times and we'll go of an average but it will be highly inaccurate

 

so i guess the best thing would be to get slated to tell us at least 4 or 5 numbers and then we can get a rough idea of the formula (if there even is one)
