Community Event Solve My Riddles To Get 1 Le!

I have 5 Liquid Emeralds to give away to the first five people who can solve my riddles, find certain items, and bring them to me. The search area is only the Wynn Province and the nearby islands (Rooster Island, Bear Zoo, Selchar, Durum Isles, Mage Island, and Half Moon Island). The first two riddles will lead you to two items I want you to get for me and the third will lead you to my location. You may have to do a bit of fighting to get one of the items but nothing stronger than level 15 or so. I am currently in World 10. If I have to change worlds for whatever reason, I will update this thread.

Riddle 1 (Item 1)
East of the river and north of Hell,
A slime in a tower, with souls to sell.

Riddle 2 (Item 2)
I held my breath while searching for gold,
Instead I found treasure that can't be sold.

Riddle 3 (My Location)
A ferocious beast doesn't sound very nice,
But you can buy souvenirs at a very good price.

Only the first FIVE people who find the items and bring them to me will get LE. Good luck and happy hunting!

I know they are all already solved but let me guess...
1. Somewhere in a Twain Mansion?
2. Treasure or treasure boots from Underwater quest?
3. Bear island

 

I'll guess, too.

1.
It can't be anything involving Twain mansion, as that is south of the portal.
It can't involve spirits, as there seems to be a discernable difference between spirits and souls.
It involves.. slime? The only thing I can think of is Green Gloop, as the only other slimes in the Wynn province are in the jungle, both south and west of the portal.
I mean, slime could just be a thinly veiled metaphor that I'm just too dumb to understand. So it could be the Tower of Amnesia, in which a merchant rips you off for skill point reset scrolls (so that could be a "slime." But skill points and souls are pretty different).

I guess Underwater is plausible, however, the treasure from the ship uses the gold ingot model as a representation of treasure.
So I'm going to say Sarnific, as the reward from the quest that involves it (Beneath The Depths) is a pair of boots that are a quest item. However, you're not underwater for a lot, so the "Held my breath" part doesn't make as much sense.
