What Is This Place?

So.. I just rejoined Wynncraft a few days ago, I restarted my progress for the heck of it, as soon as me and my brother finish the Rooster quest (R.I.P. Cluckles, Forever Loved) I said "Lets go to the BEAR ISLAND!!"
we did, then I checked the map and saw that cool mansion. after some swimming, a near-death experience with some lev 50 pirates, and a hike we reached there... nothing cool :(

If I had to geuss, id say a magey guild place like in the lobby... but I doubt it is, and ideas?
