What If Level 102 Existed?

Would you grind yourself to 102 just for the extra 2 skill points and rep?

it doesn't. having a level 101 with 100% xp is practically 102, but the system doesn't register it as another level, due to it not even existing or being made.

its not like he is the owner of the game, oh wait he is. he can be whatever level he wants since he is an admin, he is probably trying out how it could go, or if it would be hard or not, he can make the system register whatever it wants to register for him, and for the players, he made it so that it doesnt know something 102 or above.

also, considering that 100-101 is the same as 1-100
101-102 would be 1-101, or 1-100*2
which is 277331936 xp
so level 199-200 would be 1-100*200
which is 27733193600 xp
999-1000 is 1-100*1000
so 138665968000 xp
the population is (around) 7398886650
meaning if everyone were to level this one character from 999-1000
they would have to each earn 18.7414640282 xp
if they were to do 1-1000
i don't know someone else do the math

Not under normal circumstances, no.
However, the only time a level 102 would be if the level cap is raised. This would mean that there is new content developed for the levels and obviously it wouldn't take 138 million xp to get to 101 anymore. If that were the case, I would grind/quest/CSST my way to max level (probably right before a soft cap - in the same sense that 100 is a soft cap but 101 is a hard cap. I'm not grinding my way to 101, or any equivalent that would happen if the level cap were to be raised).

If level 102 existed so many people would be rushing to get it that it would lose any value 10 minutes after the first person got it.

Well it wouldn't even be hard because some people have over 100% to 102
