Linking A Link To Text?

Ik the title is confusing af but I didn't know what else to say but

How do you make it so when you click on a word (for examples in someones shop in order to see the IDs), it reroutes you to a link?

 

Select the word that you want to add the link, right click on where it says link, up here ^^ (the bar), put the link on the little box that will open and see it'll work, before posting, the word with the link will have a different color, you won't be able to open the link, though.
