    No you need 4 or more. And secondly go to the Planning Parlor.

    No, to start it you need 4 people. You need 4 people to do the WHOLE quest, you need people to stand at the meteor(s).
    And the final puzzles.
    There is 3 meteors BTW so you need a Player that has already done ??? like me.
