Envoy Part 2 Got Bugged And Can't Go On

    On the Envoy part 2 quest. The catapult won't work and I can't go on because I need to shoot to a base and it doesn't and I need Maxy to a certain cut scene.
    I've tried everything, switching servers, killing myself
    So can anyone tell me how do I pass this?

    just walk up the mountain then from the side of the hill entrance.
