Archer/Hunter Help A Good Water Or Rainbow Build

Hello. Basically, I'm kind of looking for a good, affordable build for a water or rainbow archer. (so no mythics)

I already have the weapons i plan on using, but if you have any suggestions, say 'em.

Don't make a rainbow tank build on archer, or any type of tank build for that matter. Just don't.

 

Is rainbow automatically tank, or is there simply no rainbow offensive build?

I don't know that much about archer, so bear with me if this information is false.
The thing about tank builds in general is that with archer, you'll do less damage and still die easily. I think a water build would be better for archer, but I can't know that for sure, since archer isn't my main class.

 

Ofensive rainbow is a thing idk what will be better without mythics
