Archer/Hunter Walk Speed/tank Build (mainly For Archer)

I have an idea for what could be used as both a decent speed build AND a tank build at the same time (This is mainly for an Archer/Hunter, due to the Stratiformis giving a healthy walk speed bonus). The items for this build are as followed (max items would probably help, although this could cost quite a few Liquified Emerald stacks):
Helmet: Aries (I recommend attempting to either Re-ID it if you do not get one that already has +25% walk speed at least, but this could end up causing you quite a bankruptcy)
Chestplate: Booster Plate (once again, a +25% walk speed bonus at least would be preferential for maximum effect, and the other stats can be whatever you want, same with the powders)
Leggings: Dark Shroud (Go for a +25% walk speed bonus at least, and the other stats can be whatever you want)
Boots: Statue, preferably with only a -150% walk speed, as surely no one wants to have a -221% walk speed, and a +3250 health bonus to go with the 6000 HP already on them. Add whatever powders you see fit for it.
Rings: Kaze x2 (with a +14% walk speed at the least, as that is the rough estimate of what most players get on this ring when it is ID'd.)
Bracelet: Follow the Wind (Once again, +15% walk speed at least is preferential for the best results, and obviously anything higher is also helpful.)
Necklace: Automized (There may be necklaces with better walk speeds, but this should suffice for most players. Try to go for a +10% walk speed bonus at least, if not higher.)
Weapon: If you are an Archer/Hunter, go for a +80% walk speed bonus.
I have yet to actually test this out, due to me just thinking of this build, but my ideas on why this build would be effective are that you would be gaining over 13k health points from this, plus all the extra walk speed that would not be counteracting the negative walk speed from the Statue, plus the walk speed from the Stratiformis itself. This build is mainly for an Archer/Hunter, although if you guys can find a good walk speed dagger/spear/wand, then by all means, please let me know in the comments of this thread! P.S. Remember, I am almost always available to any new players who need help with dungeons or quests that have a level requirement of about 45 or below, although I am able to assist with dungeons up to the Ice Barrows (level 54+ is recommended)

statue doesnt make you tanky, elemental defense does

 

Sorry, I didn't define what I meant by "tanky". I meant that it would give you good HP, allowing you to stay alive for a while. It really depends if you want to alter this build a little bit, but I usually don't focus on any elements much, unless I add powders. Thanks for the tip though! :-)

You'll deal somewhat really low damage with strati in this build and it isn't even than "tanky"

Oh. Once again, I probably did not explain what the purpose of this build is. It is not focusing on damage, just a good walk speed all the while having a good number of health points available. Thanks for all of these tips though! :-)

Probaly won't worth buying a STRATI for somewhat low damage and downgrading its gimnick walkspeed...
Also you could die easily in sky island using this
and i'm pretty sure most strati wielder had tried to and fail..
