Why Do People Blame Things On Jumla And "coffee"?

When something (bad) happens to the server (like a server crash), people tend to blame it on Jumla and "coffee". Why is that?

It is kind of an inside joke. Because Jumla works on the code, people blame him when things go wrong, usually like "Jumla spilled his coffee (because he has an intensive job, he drinks lots of coffee/tea) on his computer."

There you have it: a long explanation for a small community joke.

 

I may be mistaken, as I don't stay too up to date on things, but Salted apparently once jokingly blamed Jumla and coffee for a delay, which began the trend.

 

Yep, after the forums were reset Salted blamed Jumla and the joke has spiraled out of control ever since. Funnily enough Jumla has stated he prefers tea.

 

On 9/7/2015 a new admin named admintest1 showed up on the forums, shortly after all the threads we're deleted.
We jokingly blamed jumla for spilling his coffee (altho he prefers tea) on the server

 

Because of a joke Salted made, we blame Jumla for everything.
It's only logical.
