    Good Day Fellow Wynncrafters

So late February last year FishWaffle made a post explaining the physics of the warrior's uppercut. And while by all intensive purposes it works for a normal human being's uppercut. It does not explain how the warrior's uppercut hits multiple people, how it causes them to explode after being launched into the air or how it causes the ground in front of you to shake. And also he didn't even use the heaviest mobs in Wynncraft to calculate the maximum launch height. But fret not, because after spending a good portion of my weekend reading through physics textbooks. I have solved the complete overpowered, terrifying physics of the warrior's uppercut.

The first thing we need to get out of the way is if its not you physically punching something. How do the mobs get launched and how does it hit multiple mobs? Because the warrior is actually causing a seismic wave. The reason we can determine its a seismic wave is the fact that the ground shakes in front of you such as in an earthquake. The aforementioned ground shaking follows a straight line and it has travel time. The only possible explanation is that its a seismic wave.

Now that we know what it is, we have to determine how much minimum energy the wave has. In order to do this we need to know the height enemies get launched, the time it takes to launch them, the largest balance of mass to total number of enemies, the time it takes for the wave to go the full distance and the full distance of the wave. Thankfully most of these results are easy to find. The one we need to find is the balance of mass to total number of enemies. And the mobs I am going to use is the rarest one in Wynncraft, Mama Zomble.

Mama Zomble is a giant and is rare as all hell. But they do spawn in a few choice locations in Wynn. These mobs are 10 times the size of the player. Given that the player is going to be very physically fit we can easily find out how much mass these mobs have. Assuming the player is the same mass of the average marine at 88.9 kilograms then we just multiply that by ten, right? wrong. Remember they are not 10 times the volume of the player they are 10 times the size and as a rule of thumb. If you increase an objects size, increase its mass by that cubed. So that means our Mama Zomble weighs 88900 kilograms. And if a player waited long enough theoretically more than one Mama Zomble could spawn. So if we take the total area in blocks the uppercut takes up we could fit 4 Mama Zomble's within the range of our uppercut. Using FishWaffle's Tests we can determine an acceleration of 7.33 meters per second squared, and a launch distance of 22 meters. Now in order to find out how much energy the wave requires at minimum in order to launch the mobs sky high we need to find out how fast the wave travels. And that's easy, it travels 5 blocks in .1 seconds giving it a frequency of .2 hertz and a wavelength of 10 meters. The thing is, as a wave its curvature will be akin to a semicircle, but at the amplitudes were talking about it is closer to a triangle. So assuming this is done on dirt, no energy goes to waste and that the seismic wave has a base of 2 meters. It will take a minimum of 57344056 joules to launch them up in the air and the wave will have an amplitude of around 16 meters. But we have not accounted for one thing. How do you make them explode? And it is here where we find the terrifying truth of the warrior's uppercut.

Causing things to explode through chemical interactions is easy. But through just heating it up it’s hard as hell. Thankfully I was able to figure out how much energy is required to cause the giants to explode, By vaporizing their water content. If you turned the mobs into flesh eating potatoes and throw them into a microwave for 10 minutes they explode because the water inside of them vaporizes and turns into steam. Using our earlier model of mass and assuming we need to vaporize 50% of their water content, that 60% of their body mass is water and that 75% of the energy goes to waste. The wave would have to impart 130 gigajoules of heat into all of them, about 18 and a half lightning bolts. So the warrior’s spear would be around at least as hot as the center of the sun as it slams into the ground. And because they explode in 3 seconds that means it has 43.4 gigawatts of heat, quite literally this would cause everything around the warrior and mobs to explode leaving a gigantic gaping crater in the earth as all the life around the crater has all the water inside of them turn to plasma under the total energy of 31 tons of TNT!!!!! I’m sorry to say it but the warrior makes no sense.

Also, I do not mean any disrespect towards FishWaffle and I thank him for inspiring me to do this. Any corrections in math would be helpful in the comments below. AMCBrosky out.

Edit: I checked the conversions and updated the results accordingly. I screwed up XD.

This is a really interesting read, which is a surprise for being about physics in video games.

So basically, whenever you use uppercut you cause a mini nuke to go off?

first hit - launch up into air: explained by seismic wave
second hit - explode in mid air: explained by the water to steam 1700 times expansion
third hit - thrusts the enemy back down to ground:
There is no possible force that can thrust the enemy back to ground at this point. The enemy is in the air, unless u make a part of the enemy detach from the body, the enemy will just follow a projectile motion and continue its path governed by gravitational attraction. The momentum is always conserved.
This hit itself already doesn't make sense, let alone the nuke power level upper cuts

Firstly, this uppercut has the energy of about .02 tons of TNT. Secondly at the energies were talking about they are pretty much 100% going to get blasted into pieces because inside them they are hotter than the center of the sun. Because there is no area the steam can go they will explode. And factoring in the high amount of blood is in the upper portion of their body assuming they somehow stay together because most of that vaporized blood will be in the upper portion imparting explosive force into them slamming them downwards. And another thing that's I will use in other questions. In the realm of Wynncraft the acceleration of gravity is 9.1 meters per second squared. I found this by jumping off the top of the tower in Deltas, timing my descent and figuring it out from there.

no hate but the official minecraft (wynncraft)'s gravity is ~9 blocks m/s, there are no acceleration due to gravity coz video game logic ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

also no needa get too serious in defending your theory we're talking about a fictional ability with fictional physics, so we can all go crazy with our own explanations haha

Ever wondered how a human can survive a fucking 9-meter meteor impact?

Ever wondered why our armed don't tear off in certain attack speeds or spells?

Ever wondered why armor never adds weight?

Ever wondered why an archer can shoot fast as shot in arrow storm?

Ever wondered why we can't instantly die in lava? Or get any internal damage from falling (broken bones, dislication, internal bleeding)

Ever wondered why a warrior can "bash" through the earth without any damage done to him/her?
