Eltom Loot 4 Chest

So, I watched a few videos on locations of Tier IV chests, and I found one near Eltom, the hidden house location near the fireplace, a Tier IV chest was located there. I started to head near the ladder and turn the other way to an area where the house was located, but I got a message and have no idea what it meant. It was "Seems there is nothing here, best to turn back" Can anyone help me?

 

You need to do the quest Hidden City

 

The chest is located in what is now a quest area for "The Hidden City", I believe. You'll have to get a certain amount into the quest before you can reach the house. Though, I believe the chest is now impossible to get to unless you're a Mage, as there's a tripwire in the house that teleports you to an area outside the map.
