I don't see how a nerf could cause the price to increase.

 

The -% spell isn't really that bad if ya get a min -spell. Even if ya get max -spell, it can be balanced out with other items. They figure if one without -% sold for really high, it must mean that all of them should sell for really high. In reality, all they want is that sweet green liquid. I can bet that several hundred old 2/4 mana regen Concentrations currently exist in the economy already. I'm starting to think that emerald inflation, duping, and auctions like these tend to hurt the economy more than help it in the first place.
