Whats Up With The Serverlag?

Why is it lagging so hard?

 

May just be your internet, i havent had any problems today

 

With a server this size, it has to be expected that there will be temporary lag spikes, although Wynncraft is great at keeping them in check.

If the lag persists, try
-/class
or
-re logging
or
-restarting your game if all else doesn't work.
Of course it may just be your internet/computer, which cannot be fixed by any of us.

It's probably not his Internet, because I am experiencing the same, horrible lags since yesterday evening and a) my Internet is very far away from being bad and b) I hadn't had a single problem with lags until yesterday in the ~20 days I play this game.

But right now this game is unplayable for me, I can't do anything, when I ride my horse I keep getting teleported back to some place, the horse keeps drifting away for no reason, sometimes even out of the map and mobs are stuck in one place and a few seconds later they are ported right in your face and you suffer fatal damage.

 

Yea, something is very wrong.
My internet is fine, don't remember the last time I have lagged so much. Every action is delay by a second and it takes around a minute to load up a world.

It most likely has something to do with your location, internet strength, and computer. Of course, Wynncraft has lag (I mean, Minecraft itself lags a lot unless you're playing on the equivalent of an Intel i3 processor, and Wynncraft has all that plus much more), but most often, lag is client-sided. And there are different kinds of lag, too. Here are my suggestions:

• Switch to another world.
• Get Optifine.
• Try playing on 1.8.
• Change the Wynncraft IP (build.wynncraft.com, .org, .net, etc. I think mc.wynncraft.com works, too).
• Close all other applications.
• Connect your computer to your modem with an ethernet cable.
• Uninstall mods.
• Go back to the old Minecraft launcher (I have no idea if this works, but it seems to be somehow connected).

It's more likely your internet than the server lagging. If it was the server, everyone would be complaining and having problems, not just a few.

 

Dude, just stop please, when you have no clue. It has very high likely something to do with Localization and if it would be my Internet, I would have trouble with every Game and every Server, but somehow it is just Wynncraft.

 

Your internet includes the location of said internet.
