    For xp: D-cave with mob totems if you don't mind brutally dying every other minute (it's slightly easier to stay alive if you are mage and, or, have friends), Frozen Heights if you don't have any friends and still want to stay alive, CSST parties if you can find or make one.
    For loot: Lootruns if you don't care about time and xp, Frozen Heights to combine loot with xp.
