1. i take pure (LE and EB) as well as item overpay
overpay guide will be listed in this section as well
"mixed" will be a combination of items and LE meaning you'll have to overpay less
2. no refunds
3. reservation for items is allowed, at a small fee
this fee will probably be about 10% of the item's cost, i haven't really worked this out yet
reservations will not be allowed for misc items
4. reservations can only last up to 7 days
5. if you are selling me stuff, you will be selling it at less of a price than it actually is
6. i will probably negotiate with you. if you tell me to fuck off because i won't accept your price, please never come to my thread again
7. be reasonable with the offers
i don't want to see you wanting to buy a good and desired legendary for 1 LE or sell me a shitty unique for a stack
8. when buying an item, please state your offer (if the price isn't set or you want to negotiate) as well as your timezone in the same comment
9. if you have a problem with a price, give me adequate proof of the item's actual price (confirmed sales on other threads are best, posts on price check thread are alright but not as good)
10. don't be a dick
11. i reserve the right to straight-up refuse your offer or ignore you completely depending on the situation

overpay rules:
1. rares and legendaries only
2. refer to the chart to see how much you need to overpay
3. if i'm skeptical on the pricing of the items, show me proof of the prices (confirmed sales/price checks)
4. no refunds
5. the overpay chart is only a guide. depending on your item's IDs and desirableness, i may request more or less overpay
6. i reserve the right to deny your overpay if i don't like your offer

~30-35% in overpay
~25% overpay if IV is 50% or more of the TV
~20% overpay if IV is 49-35% of the TV
~15% overpay if IV is 34-25% of the TV

~20-25% in overpay
~15% overpay if IV is 30% or more of the TV
~10% overpay if IV is 29-15% of the TV
